At MaiLash & Brows, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Local Pick Up
(within 24 - 48 hours)
If you prefer picking up your order, please place your order 24 - 48 hours in advance, we'll send you an email to let you know when it's ready to pick up.

SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
Cut off time for ALL orders to be shipped the same day is 2PM MST
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Please DOULBE-CHECK your Shipping address. We are not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect address. Your Shipping Address is automatically printed as entered at check out.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
USPS Standard First Class Shipping: approximately 1-7 Business Days
USPS Expedite Priority Shipping: approximately 1-3 Business Days
Summer Time: We recommend you to choose Priority Shipping for Glue orders so your glue stay fresh and does not sit in the heat of USPS delivery truck for too long.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
USPS Standard International Shipping is approximately 5 - 21 business days
Delivery time varies on each country. Please ensure your address is entered correctly with a phone number. After the package left the US border, we do not have access to your country's postal office database to check. Please check with your post office.
ICUSTOMS & TAXES
We are not responsible for any additional custom charges or fees. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser
• If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please check with your local postal or customs office for more information.
• If customs fees and charges are not paid at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to the sender and shipment cost is not refunded.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Mailash & Brows is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please track your package and be available when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation from us, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is important to us! We examine each product before sending them out to customers. Any exchanges or returns of UNOPENED products can be made within 14 days of the order. Email with pictures of the items you wish to exchange or return to info@mailashbrows.com . We will resolve it as soon as possible.
ACADEMY
Online Trainings are non-refundable, once you have received your online study link.
Hands-on Training courses are non-refundable, but can be transferred to the next available date, as long as there is a 2 weeks notice given.
Registration:
It is the student's responsibility to check for license requirements in their practiced State, prior to taking the training. Contact your State Board of Cosmetology for Eyelash Extensions or the Health Department for Semi-permanent makeup to find out.
Payment Terms:
We accept money order/cashier's check, credit cards, or cash.
Deposit must be made to hold your place. Deposit is non-refundable.
All payments must be made in full on the day of class.
General Terms:
Meals are not provided.
Student must attend both days in order to earn the Certificate of Completion.
A full kit will be provided with Hands-on training. Please see description for each course.
Student is responsible to bring their own model for practice. If you need a model, please let us know as soon as possible, we can help finding a model for you with advanced notice.
Class Expectations:
MaiLash Academy believes in fostering curiosity, providing honest answers and practical solutions. Whether you are a beginner or intermediate, please bring a list of questions that you would like to ask or things that you are struggling the most to your training. We want to help you succeed. The more questions you have, the more it shows you are truly interested in learning.
Please come to class open-minded, there is no place for egoism. We will encourage you on things that you are doing right, and tackle down on areas that you need to improve. It is our responsibility to ensure that you are leaving the training fully understand 100% of what to do, how to do it right, and efficiently!
It is good to be perfect, but please keep in mind that "practice makes perfection." After the training, you will learn the correct methods; the rest is up to each individual to keep practicing over time.
To ensure the best training where, you will receive undivided attention and maximized information, please keep minimal use of cellphone during class!
